Report on Short-Term Stay Program for South American students(Kojirakawa)

The study in Kojirakawa Campus , the last place (inside Yamagata prefecture) on the Program was completed. In the campus the visiting students took the lectures on Japanese politics and economics and its social security system, culture and natural disaster. They also visited Bunsho-kan (Former Yamagata Prefectural Office Building), Yamagata Museum of Science and Industry and Yamagata Prefectural Museum, receiving professional education there. During their stay in the campus the students paid a courtesy call on President of Yamagata University Dr. Kiyohito Koyama and reported the contents of the Program to him. On the last day of the Program each student made presentation on the results of his/her study and all of them were awarded a certificate of completion. The group of the students is scheduled to go home after their study in Tokyo.
