This class studies and discusses issues on oral reading.

The goal of this course is to enable each student to find a way to become a fluent reader and speaker.

・授業の方法
The classroom time will be spent in reading articles and learning English grammar and pronunciation. The classroom time will be also spent in presenting selected public speaking.

Each student must participate in every class activities. Each student is expected to read materials beforehand. Each student is encouraged to review materials.

【成績の評価】
・基準
Grades come from an oral presentation and a final examination. 1)Understanding of topics, 2)acquisition of knowledge, 3)positive participation to activities and 4)gaining confidence in language skills are basic requirements.

An oral presentation: 50% A final examination: 50%
