【授業の目的】
In this class, students will develop their overall communicative ability with an emphasis on listening. In addition to listening tasks, other communicative functions such as speaking and writing will be included to develop overall skill. This class studies articles of AFP World Focus.

Students at this level can understand reasonably long utterances if spoken slowly and clearly.

Each student must participate in every class activities.
Each student is expected to prepare for a weekly quiz. There will be a frequent review of meaning of vocabulary taught in classes.

Grades come from a final exam that checks students' overall communicative ability.
