【授業の目的】
English (G) places an emphasis on English reading comprehension. In addition, a student’s overall practical English abilities will be developed.

Students at this level can understand simple written English about everyday topics that are familiar to them. Students can write short English sentences to express their opinions with simple words and phrases.

This class studies Perspectives 1. The classroom time will be spent in activities, such as reading passages, listening to passages, watching related stories, talking with friends and vocabulary exercises.

・受講のあり方
Each student must participate in every class activities. Each student is expected to prepare for a weekly quiz. There will be a frequent review of meaning of vocabulary taught in classes. Each student is encouraged to review materials.

Each student is encouraged to use monolingual English dictionaries.

A final exam is conducted to check reading, listening and writing skills.

Grades come from TOEIC and a final exam TOEIC: 20% A final exam: 80%
