Have you ever heard the language of "Budo" ?
Budo refers to the traditional martial arts of Japan. Budo sports are practiced worldwide. Why is Budo done? Because the cultural traits of Budo and the individuality of Budo have been noticed.
  What is the individuality of Budo?
One purpose of the sport is to enjoy oneself. But, the main purpose of Budo is to develop human relationships Budo practice is called 'Michi' and 'Syugyo,' and it emphasizes the mental aspects. Such individuality derived from Budo includes fighting techniques, as well as some religious influences.
This time, I will take up Kendo, Judo, Kyudo, Iaido, Karate and Naginata. The history and techniques of those Budo sports shall be introduced.
