For the purpose of improvement of English conversation skill and promotion of communication between YU domestic and international students, English Camp was held at YU and around Yamagata on November 25-26, 2017.

On the theme of "Exchange from the Global View", 13 Japanese freshmen and 12 international students from all over the world including US, China, Taiwan, UK, Germany, Latvia and Peru, participated this camp, and had a discussion on the cultural resemblance and difference among each countries in English. They enjoyed English training while having a communication, and summarized into a poster their consideration of the culture through the communication. And they gave a talk on the presentation as a result of 2 days camp.

It was a valuable opportunity to expand their view for both students.
