2,272 new students of Yamagata University, joined entrance ceremony held on April 3, 2023.

President Tamate sent the message to new students in his speech.

Yamane Suzu and Takahashi Kenta, representatives of new students, had sworn an oath for entering Yamagata University.

Students' Club shows performance Hanagasa (flower hat) Odori at the Welcoming Ceremony, and seniors sent a passionate ale to the new students that "Important things are challenging without fear of failure".
