For the purpose of consideration of the science education in Japanese elementary and junior high school, the Department of Education, Taipei City Government visited YU Junior High School on May 11, 2017. 

The group of 12 teachers in charge of science education at local elementary and junior high school and 3 staffs of Taipei City Government, observed the class of the physics of the ninth grader.  "The roller coaster which goes down the slope" at this exploration-based class, student hypothesized, made an experiment actually, and discussed about the uniform acceleration motion as a subject matter.  "It was so characteristic that students advanced the class from hypothesis to discussion by themselves."  said the teacher who observed the class. 

After the class visit, they exchanged their opinions with YUJHS teachers.  They asked to YUJHS teachers about the method of a class form, the evaluation and the teacher training system.
