The Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, which has been improving and strengthening itself in line with the calling of the times, comprises the three majors of Science of Bioproduction, Science of Bioresource Engineering and Science of Bioenvironment and has produced a lot of valuable people.
The graduate school offers elaborate programs centering on individual teaching by tutors in order for students to acquire further advanced knowledge of their specialty fields and cultivate practical abilities needed for creative projects like research, investigation and development.

The graduate school aims at nurturing people who can cope with the multidimensional aspects and a high degree of specialty of agricultural sciences with multifaceted judgment and a sense of balance. It also develops sophisticated professionals equipped with advanced expertise and skills to respond to the needs of today's diversified and complex society as well as practical abilities necessary for creative projects like research, investigation and development.

Science of Bioproduction Major

The major desires students who:

Have a strong intellectual curiosity and like experiments, research and investigation,
Want to further deepen the basic academic knowledge of environmentally sound bioproduction and food and agricultural environment management for effective use of limited resources, which they have gained through fieldwork, and
Have understanding of the importance of community and international contribution and are eager to carry it out.

Science of Bioresource Engineering Major

The major desires students who:

Are interested in the elucidation of life phenomena, biotechnology and other new technologies and their application,
Are interested in developing and improving useful bioresources and elucidating and applying the mechanisms of environmental cleanup, food quality preservation and health function improvement by microorganisms or other forms of life, and
Have an inquisitive spirit and address things proactively on their own accord.

Science of Bioenvironment Major

The major desires students who:

Want to act voluntarily to solve problems,
Want to express themselves through discussions, and
Want to give back skills they have acquired for problem solving to society.
